The Chrome X Russ Pope Artist Series is a shout-out to Russ, his artwork, and his accomplishments in the skate community. At the end if 2013, Russ showed a collection of new work at Art Basel, with a darker and more brooding pallet. Chrome chose these works for the color inspiration of the Chrome X Russ Pope Project. We are a little late on this, but we wanted to share regardless. Tokyo based VHS Mag has come out with a video as part of the "Doin' It" series introducing the Chrome Japan Crew. Featuring track bikes, fixed gear freestyle and skateboarding the video follows riders Juri Hanazumi, Shingo Ogura, Yuma Tanigawa and Marco through the streets of Japan.
