The Alpha Murf is the ultra-fast electric bike (28 MPH)

The Alpha Murf features a 20 Amp Hour battery. That means you'll get roughly 30-50 miles per charge depending on your riding style. If you pedal with the bike you'll get closer to the high end of the range.

52 Volt Battery
A 52V battery is able to deliver the same amount of power using less current, this means you'll get awesome power from your fast electric bicycle while generating less heat in the motor and controller. A higher voltage e-bike also allows you to get more range out of your electric fat bike before you notice any decrease in power.

The Alpha is Murf's fastest electric bike. You'll reach speeds of 28 MPH (legal limit) with ease. Pedal with the bike and faster speeds are available.

ALPHA VS FAT MURF?
One of the main questions we get here at Murf is "what's the difference between the Alpha and the Fat Murf"? The Alpha Murf has a higher top speed (28MPH vs 25MPH). The Alpha Murf is a single speed bike while the Fat Murf is a seven speed (we're talking gears and not pedal assist levels here). The Alpha Murf features a super bright, off road style headlight along with an integrated rear/brake light. The Alpha Murf also features an upgraded color display. Over all the Alpha is our fastest e-bike available, more powerful bike, with a much brighter headlight, an upgraded screen, and a built in rear rack.

All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.
