I have had better customer service

Products are good quality

But I wondered if the bike I bought was new. Maybe a return. Some scratches. Replaced a tube and tire myself.

Mom of a 13 yr old son. Customer service wasn’t helpful with sizing or suggestions

Had to ask for the bonus item to be added to cart via email.
