All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

Doesn’t matter whether you choose a 24” or 26”, whichever way you decide to go, you’re now a part of that BMX lifestyle family. If you’ve known Haro from back in the day, those 80s-inspired graphics on the DMC are probably calling your name.

I had an 1985/86 Haro Master when I was a kid. When I seen these 24 inch bikes for sale on here, I purchased one right away. I made it look as close to my old bike as possible. I bought 24 inch skyway mags for it, Dyno Pretzel handlebars, Redline stem, drilled and tapped into the frame to install a gyro, etc. Like it looks awesome!! I am 6'3" tall and 45 years old, I can't fit a 20 inch bike anymore. The 24 fits me PERFECTLY!! I didn't want to get a bike too small or too big. I wanted something that would be the perfect balance for my body size and honestly, the 24 inch bikes fit perfectly!! I bought 3 of these bikes. 1 I am keeping bone stock and ride around and the other is kept in a box and will stay in its box for its entire life. I might eventually try to flip it in a few years when Haro quits making these bikes. I also might just keep it in the box to give to my kids when they get older. But regardless, for roughly $400, these are a steal!!!

I ordered a 24 inch. I received this bike quickly from Citygrounds after I ordered it. For the price, this bike is a homerun. You can definitely feel the build quality in the bike when you ride it with the chromoly frame, fork, and cranks. The bike is light for its size making bunny hops very easy. I am 6 feet tall and this bike fits me very well, especially after I installed 9 inch haro lineage bars. This is an excellent value and I highly recommend Haro!
