All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

This is the 3rd bike I have purchased from City Grounds in the last nine months. Why? They have excellent customer service and real free shipping. Unlike other companies that advertise "free shipping" all over their website, until you go to check out and there is a $75 "oversize package fee"...Bike Bling.com. Total bait and switch tactic.
I bought a 2020 GT Pro Series 26", and a 2019 GT Pro Performer for me personally, and a 2019 Haro Group 1 29" was for a buddy of mine. All of the bikes have been delivered in perfect shape and rather quickly. The Pro Series took a little longer due to COVID, but nothing was moving fast during that time, so I can't blame them. I recommend City Grounds to anyone who will listen. Hopefully, I can order my mountain bike from City Grounds when they finally come back in stock. Thanks, City Grounds!

Love at first sight
I'm extremely disappointed with the very cheap looking stickers they put on this bicycle. Other than that the bike is awesome, it's not as bright yellow that looks in the picture, I bought it to ride at the BMX track with my son. It's holding up pretty good, reliable life I remember.

I love this bike.
Perfect size for me. I'm 5'11". I was worried the crank would be too small to get speed but its a great size. Picture online looks like it is highlighter yellow. It's not. It is bumble bee yellow. Looks great and I have gotten lots of compliments.
