Congo is a true City Grounds original team rider, and has been riding for the shop since the very beginning. He consistently stands out at competitions not only for his riding skills, but also his fashion choices. The 2013 Red Bull Ride + Style was no exception; Congo showed up with a first generation Pro-Tec helmet (yep, the ones with ear flaps), old school shades and a bright orange Unknown fixed gear freestyle bike. Congo has been keeping his game strong lately. Here is a short clip of him practicing some new lines on a nice, tall ledge. I can't wait to see him land the feeble to smith! Seen on Death Cookies.

A really nice edit from Antimo from the RVA Trick Jam. City Grounds rider Congo flew out there to ride with the best and ended up getting first place in the jam. Make sure to check out 407 Fixed Gear.

Brad Parker of Fixed Love has one of the sickest set-ups in his back yard. A handful of locals from Long Beach and a few heads from L.A. came down to ride. Definitely looks like they had a blast and there are some good lines as well.

Andy Compton and Gus Molina from Fast Pace Zine came up to Long Beach to ride for the day and made a short edit from the few hours we filmed. We and rode Cabrillo High and San Pedro High. All in all it was a sick day. Ended up breaking a chain, a bottom bracket, a wheel, and a fork. Be sure to check out Fast Pace Zine and pick yourself up a copy of issue two!!!
