City Grounds is proud to announce the 2nd Annual City Grounds Finale races at the Encino Velodrome on Wednesday September 5th, 2012. This is the final race of the Encino Summer Race Series which has been put on by Kieron and the team over at Ride the Black Line. We look forward to this event all year and really enjoy the great racing and cycling community coming together to celebrate the end of summer.
