All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

All I have to say is I got lucky! I came in to the Ebike world not knowing anything and lazily failed to do hardly any research on E! bikes or anything about them before settling on the Hurley Laguna step through Ebike. I was on a veterans marketplace that I’m a member of and suddenly noticed they sold Ebike’s. Never before I even thought about owning an E bike but suddenly I was interested so I clicked. Out of all the brands offered on the veterans marketplace Harley was the only one that I was really familiar with and was a fan of. However, I did not even stop to think for one second that I had never even heard of a Hurley Ebike and really all I knew them for was surfing. Nevertheless, I ordered my bike and a few weeks later it arrived honestly about 54% assembled. That probably has something to do with me ordering it from the veterans marketplace and not Harley or an authorized dealer. Well, thankfully the time it took me to put the bag together gave time for the battery to charge so as soon as it was finished and the last screw was tightened I took him for his first of many adventures. It is well-made, sturdy, solid as a rock, yet surprisingly light. It’s also surprisingly comfortable. I am 6‘2“ and I weigh about 175 pounds and the spike could not be a more perfect fit. It is the talk of the town. I live in a small town outside of Nashville and as far as I know I’m the only one who owns an E bike in this area. Everywhere I go people approach me constantly because I don’t…
