I purchased a Found Trail Cruiser bike from city ground end of last year. I’ve put 400 miles on the bike so far and love it. The bike was acting weird, I called and they helped me troubleshoot, found the issue over the phone, they had the part in stock, it was replaced under warranty and back running the following Monday. Excellent customer service. Got a great deal on the bike and am super happy with city grounds.
