Equipped with a 500W rear hub motor and a 36V 10.4Ah battery, this ride gives you the punch you need to climb, carve, or coast. Use the thumb throttle for effortless speed or pedal with assist when you're feeling it. Either way, you’re in for a smooth and seriously fun ride.

All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

Didn’t know I needed this! Perfect bike for crewsing…
20” BMX to Electric and 29”
Okay. So I grew up on 20” bmx bikes with my buddies, and continue to ride them to this day at the age of 30. I had been exposed to electric bikes through my experience working as a bicycle technician for a number of years. I’ve always thought to myself it would be kind of cool to get one, but all I would ever see were mountain, cargo, and commuter style e-bikes. Totally a turn off for me. One day I see an ad for the e crewser and I’m intrigued. I was a little worried the chain stay may be too long for my liking because the battery, plus the 29” wheels. After a little bit of research on the bike and Crew having a sweet sale going on I had to get myself one to try. Oh boy. I’ve got over 100 miles on it now and I’ve taken it to the pump track, skatepark, and even rode some single track mountain bike trails with it and it can handle it all while getting you to and from. A little rear end heavy but the frame's geometry spec feels so proper. The “hidden” off-road mode makes it that much more fun. What a sweet deal. 10/10 would buy another just to.
Solid and smooth
I’ve been riding this daily and enjoy the additional benefits of peddle assist tremendously. Had a friend immediately place an order for same one the day I assembled mine after my brief test ride. The additional weight is manageable with the hydraulic disc brakes. Hidden mode does achieve the stated maximum speed of 28 mph. The overall styling is good and I’m pleased with the chrome version. City Grounds and its customer service in particular , Colin , have proven to be dedicated to maintaining its customer base and that’s also refreshing to discover. Earned my confidence and continued loyalty to the organization by being persistent in resolving a snafu on a previous order. Thanks again
