- What is Open Box? An Open Box is a bicycle that has been previously assembled, thoroughly inspected, and repackaged. The bike could have been a demo floor model, a customer return, or a bike used for a photoshoot. Some bikes may have minor scuffs from shipping, or signs of usage on the tires (mainly from a test ride). Our team of mechanics perform a rigorous inspection; fully assembling the bike, and carefully repacking the bike to arrive safely to your door. Every bike is protected under the manufacturer warranty. All Open Box sales are final!
