All bikes purchased through City Grounds MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be VOID. We will request for an assembly receipt as proof of professional installation.
For all warranty claims, please contact our Warranty Team at warranty@citygrounds.com. So that we can help you in a timely manner, make sure to include the following:
- 1. Order Number (we will confirm date of purchase and determine if the item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty time limit)
- 2. Brief description of the claim
- 3. Photographs
- 4. If the item is a bike or frame, include the serial number
We evaluate all warranties case-by-case to determine the best course of action and get you serviced to the best of our ability!
Warranty does not apply to the following:
- • Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
- • Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
- • Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
- • Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product
Labor and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover parts purchased and labor performed by another bike shop.

Tall 29 inch Tire Balloon 🎈 Cruiser Bike
Pretty decent Tall bmx bike for a tall guy. Like 👍 the RED color of the frame 😍 and the gummy wall tires. Had my bike shop do the front brake attachment and to change the current inner tubes, from CHAOYANG to the DURO 29X3.0 For better rubber quality so I don't get a flat. I have seen CHAOYANG inner tubes get a leak and after 2 years of use the glue/patch won't stick to the hole because of dry rot in the tube. I enjoy bike riding 😎 and a body workout.

I Love this Bike, I feel like a Big Kid on it, took it out for a spin with my Two boys and over the weekend and I received nothing but good compliments.
A big kids dream
I bought this bike to have something to ride around with my son. With him being 7 and having a bmx bike himself i really didn’t think i needed a mountain bike and my cyclocross bike is to quick for him to keep up. I ordered without seeing In person so i was concerned the bike wouldn’t be big enough. Everything about it has been awesome so far. It rolls easily through anything and my son and I ride 4 miles plus a few days a week both on paved paths and dirt trails. My only regret is not buying one yeats ago
