Congo is a true City Grounds original team rider, and has been riding for the shop since the very beginning. He consistently stands out at competitions not only for his riding skills, but also his fashion choices. The 2013 Red Bull Ride + Style was no exception; Congo showed up with a first generation Pro-Tec helmet (yep, the ones with ear flaps), old school shades and a bright orange Unknown fixed gear freestyle bike. He might not have won the competition, but at lease he competed with some style. Check it out in the photos below!

City Grounds Team Rider Bud Abille is continuing to dominate races and we could not be more stoked for him. Recently he took the top spot on the podium for the King of Track Track Race in Korea. In fact, another Long Beach local and friend of the shop Brad Adams came in right behind Bud and took second. Congrats to Bud, Brad and the rest of the Engine 11 team!
As the owner of Road Runner Bags, I’m sure Brad isn’t too stoked on winning a backpack, but a win is a win!
