David Flores x Unknown PS1 for CBNC

CBNC and Unknown Bikes called upon artist David Flores to customize a Unknown PS1 frame for the CBNC fundraiser raffle, and he delivered with a dope Star Wars (?) looking design. If I was you, I would head over to the CBNC fundraiser page and start buying up some raffle tickets. Worst case scenario you don’t win but you will have helped out the CBNC cycling team out! Check out the fundraiser and more details by clicking here >>

Or, grab your very own Unknown PS1 frame here for $380.00 with FREE shipping! >>

Chris Cono Memorial Fundraiser

A memorial fundraiser has been set up for Christopher Cono who tragically passed this past weekend during a race. Chris was a staple in the cycling community and we at City Grounds were lucky to have had the opportunity to help sponsor some of his events and get to know him over the years. He will be missed. Please read more about Chris and the fundraiser below.

Click here to visit the Memorial Fundraiser page >>

“We are saddened to announce the loss of our dear friend, teammate, co-conspirator, and colleague Christopher Cono (2/25/1965 – 5/27/2013). The organizer of the Fortune 700 race series, a long-time employee of Velo Pasadena, and a usual suspect on all the local group rides, Chris was a true leader and advocate in the cycling community since the 1980s. Week after week, Chris could be found racing passionately and vigorously on the LA crit scene. He was a unique character and great teammate who will be greatly missed by all of us. Chris leaves behind a wife, Akiyo, and two sons.”
