SHIPPING

Standard Shipping & Ground Shipping
For continental US, via UPS, FedEx or US Mail, allow up to 10 business days. Shipping to AK, HI, PR, Guam, and VI can require up to 21 days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Southern California. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where you are located, and the type of shipping you choose.
 
Free Shipping Offers
No coupon code is required to receive free ground shipping on all orders over $50. Merchandise total must be over $50 after any promotions or discounts are applied, and before any required shipping or tax surcharges are applied to qualify for this offer. This offer applies to ground shipping in the lower 48 states and does not apply to next-day, second-day, air or expedited shipping orders. Overweight item surcharges still apply. This offer may be changed at any time.

Note: Returned items on orders with free shipping offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below the free shipping offer total. This will be charged or netted from the refundable amount or onto the credit card from the original order.
 
Tax Rates
For shipments within California, we are required by law to collect sales tax of 7.75%.
 
International Shipping
Presently, we do not ship directly to international customers outside the US and Canada. Instead, we have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers. Please see the International Orders section for more details.
 

WILL CALL PICKUP

Free will call pick up is ONLY available at our warehouse location. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up at our warehouse location:

The warehouse is not a retail location and is not open to the general public. Customers may only pickup approved online orders from this location. Orders cannot be shipped to our other retail locations.

Assembly for completed bikes available upon request. Please allow up to 3 business days for the assembly process prior to pick up. A customer representative will contact you when your order is completed and ready for pick up.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Canada & Australia Orders
We offer two shipping options for Canada and Australia. You can use our direct shipping method or the Bongo shipping process explained below. All other countries will need to use the Bongo shipping method. We use UPS shipping. If your credit card is registered outside the USA, we must verify your credit card information prior to processing your order. Please make sure that your credit card company is informed of your order, as well as the recipient if the shipping address is different from the billing address. The customer is responsible for all customs and duties. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. If the order is refused and sent back to City Grounds, the customer is responsible for the return fees assessed by UPS and these are billed to your credit card.
 
Bongo International Orders
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US-based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.
 
This process saves international customers up to 82% off typical international shipping rates.
Step-By-Step Order Guide:
  1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.
  2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the image below.
  3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
  4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING address.
  6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method. No exceptions.
  7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and place order.
  8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
 
Please note that Bongo will quote and bill you directly for any shipping and handling costs.  You must provide to Bongo dimension and weight estimates for an accurate quote.  Note, oversized packages, such as bikes, frames, and wheels, may incur additional shipping surcharges for dimensional weight.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

City Grounds aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused, with packaging) within 7 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise any time after 7 days, you may exchange the item(s), or we will be more than happy to give you store credit. Returns made after 7 days will be credited at the current selling price.

If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.

If by any chance you receive an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

For returns and exchanges, please fill out the return form in full detail and send it along with the item(s) to the City Grounds address.

Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to City Grounds.
 
Price Match Guarantee
City Grounds’ Price Match Guarantee allows you to shop with confidence and takes out the worry of getting the best price for your purchases. We will match our competitors’ advertised prices on items that are currently available. We will also gladly match prices on closeout and sale items as long as the products are the same model, year, and are still available. If you are purchasing online, simply give us the price match information in the Notes section when you are checking out. Please include the item, the price, and where you saw the price, including the URL link if it is a website, or the edition of magazines or catalogs. Matched items must be exactly the same (ie. size or color must match). Each price is subject to verification. Price matching will delay processing and shipment of your order.
